Melissa Gerstle Design Introduces Plein Air Atelier

After almost two decades designing gardens and award-winning landscapes, Melissa Gerstle is excited to announce a natural extension of her landscape design studio: a new to-the-trade showroom located in the Dallas Design District. “One of my passions has been selecting furnishings for the outdoor spaces we design. I’ve always wanted to create a place to share my vision and resources with the home design community,” Gerstle explains. “The launch of Plein Air Atelier allows us to bring recognizable as well as new brands with beautiful products for outdoor living to the marketplace while providing design expertise, full-service sales support, and fun events for design professionals.”

Finishing touches are in progress with a projected opening for later this month. Melissa has spent the past year connecting with brands in Belgium, England, Italy, and the United States. Design industry professionals will be able to visit the showroom and experience the furnishings.

In addition to the represented brands, Plein Air Atelier will also feature one-of-a-kind accessories, such as vintage plant containers and custom outdoor pillows.

Located at 1205 Slocum Street, Suite One Hundred, in the Dallas Design District, the showroom interiors have been created by Elle Decor A-List designer, Jean Liu, Jean Liu Design. The Melissa Gerstle Design team will be headquartered in the space as well. Stay tuned for more news coming soon.
